Do you want to be an Entrepreneur?

I felt sad to have a response to my blogs from one of my postings and it goes like this "I will work hard as an employee so I will be a better entrepreneur someday".
My business mentor said that you can only be an excellent entrepreneur if you play in the entrepreneurial court and you will be an excellent employee as you play in the employment court. To clarify what this court mean, it is like the basketball court or the game court where the sports player played.
